Warranty

This Climbsafe Pro 3D climbing frame has a Five year guarantee* for manufacturers faults. The manufacturer will repair the ladder for any fault in the manufacture of the climbing frame. Please contact the manufacturer on 0800 726 777 if your Climbsafe Pro has any manufacturers defects. The product will need to be shipped to the manufacturer or manufacturers representative at the owners expense. Once the Climbsafe Pro has been repaired it will be shipped back to the owner at the owners expense.

Terms and conditions:

Does not warrant the product for misuse or other damage from handling or mistreatment.
The use of some chemicals might have a detrimental effect on the aluminium over time, which voids the manufacturers warranty.
The warranty is valid for five years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.
This warranty is only available for products that are purchased new and unused
The customer must provide the original proof of purchase to be entitled to receive services under this warranty
This warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the warranty period
You must notify the manufacturer as soon as a fault is detected on 0800 726 777
You may be asked to provide written or photographic evidence of the fault.
